• User Decisions: Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions when interacting with listed exchanges. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of or reliance on information provided by our Service.

4. Advertising and Promotional Services

• Paid Submissions: Exchanges may pay to submit their information to our directory. This includes standard submissions and premium submissions for increased visibility.

• Monthly Verification: Exchanges can pay a monthly fee to be verified and appear at the top of the directory above standard submissions.
• Verification Process: We conduct analysis on the exchange's history to maintain quality and prevent abuse by bad actors. However, payment for verification does not guarantee verified status.
• Refund Policy: If a submission is not accepted for verification, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the rejection date.
• Processing Time: Verification requests can take up to 7 days to process.

• Promotional Products: Exchanges that pay for verification or sponsorship are considered promotional products. This payment does not constitute an endorsement or reduce user risks.
• Abuse and Compliance: If a verified, sponsored, or submitted exchange is found to be abusing the system or violating legal requirements, we reserve the right to remove the exchange from our directory.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policies

• Verification/Sponsorship Subscriptions:
• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly verified and promotional purchases can be canceled at any time.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Submission-only purchases are billed as yearly subscriptions and can be canceled at any time. However, once payment is made, no refunds or disputes are allowed.
• Refund Conditions:
• Non-Acceptance: Refunds are available within 7 days of a submission rejection.
• Abuse or Legal Issues: If your exchange is removed due to abuse or legal violations, refunds will not be provided. Exchanges may appeal the removal within 30 days.
• General Purchases: Due to the nature of our Service, all purchases are non-refundable and non-disputable. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Termination and Removal

• We may use affiliate links to redirect users to certain exchanges. If you access an exchange through an affiliate link, we may earn a referral fee at no additional cost to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service Provided "As Is": Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.
• No Liability: In no event shall CryptoExchange.Directory, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
